Full guide to the 95-tournament schedule for the 54th annual event

The World Series of Poker unveiled a complete 95-tournament schedule for the 54th annual event.

Players will find a packed schedule of bracelet events at the Horseshoe and Paris casinos from May 30 – July 18.

Look for 95 live events with an additional 20 online bracelet events planned for a total of 115 events this summer. Players will also find greatly expanded opportunities to qualify online for the Main Event.

Series officials are planning the largest capacity in the festival’s history with 608 tables across 200,000 square feet of convention space.

The series also includes 24/7 live cash game action and a new permanent Hall of Fame Poker Room.

The series also includes a new $300 price point event, the lowest in WSOP history.

The $10,000 Main Event is set for July 3-17 following last year’s 8,663-entry field, the second-largest in WSOP history.

WSOP Schedule 2023

Players heading to Las Vegas this summer will find numerous events of every buy-in level and format. Some new events and a few changes are also in the works.

Changes & New Events

The Tournament of Champions has moved to the first weekend, running May 31 – June 2. The $1 million freeroll is exclusively for players who have won a bracelet or WSOP Circuit ring, either live or online, from July 20, 2022, to May 22, 2023. Registration for the event opens May 30, but 2023 bracelet winners will be eligible for the 2024 event.

Another highlight is the $1,000 Mystery Millions bounty event, running May 31 – June 5. The tournament features a first-place guaranteed prize of $1 million as well as a $1 million top bounty.

Players with lower bankrolls are also in luck with the new $300 Gladiators of Poker tournament. The bargain priced event comes with a $3 million guarantee. Some other new events include:

WSOP Online Qualifiers & Online Bracelet Events 2023

Players looking to qualify online for WSOP events, including the Main Event, have several options to check out. Here’s a look at how to secure a seat online.

GGPoker Online Qualifiers

As an exclusive WSOP satellite partner, GGPoker has plenty of action planned for the 2023 series. The site is offering at least 500 Main Event seats through international qualifiers and another 100 seats via the ClubGG.net subscription poker site.

The 600 seats represent $6 million toward the prize pool and more than doubles GG’s online qualifiers from last year. Satellites are currently underway with more than 100 players already securing seats as of April 3. Dozens of Main Event packages are up for grabs each week.

Qualifiers start at just $1.

GG is adding even more for this year’s Main Event champion. Any of the site’s online qualifiers who wins the tournament will earn an extra $1 million bonus on top of the winner’s payout. Here’s a quick look at all GGPoker qualifier rewards.

GGPoker.ca Online Qualifiers

In Canada, players will also find online qualifiers at GGPoker.ca in Ontario. Originally named as WSOP.ca as part of a partnership between WSOP.com and GGPoker, the site is now titled GGPoker.ca. Qualifying action is currently underway.

WSOP.com Online Qualifiers

Players in legalized US markets can also qualify online via the WSOP.com, the official online poker site of the World Series of poker. WSOP.com will offer qualifiers for 112 Main Event seats from June 25 – July 8. Online qualifying begins on June 25 with 10 seats guaranteed per day.

A major online qualifying event also comes on July 2 with the $250,000 guaranteed, 25 Seat Scramble. “All-in satellites” will also run daily during the same dates with buy-ins from $80 to $126 with no fees. Look for a last-chance drawing for the final seat on July 8.

WSOP Online Bracelet Events

Beyond qualifiers, players will also find 20 online bracelet events this year for players in Nevada/New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Online bracelet events run every Sunday during the summer.

Three special “Double Up Bracelet Days” are also planned on June 4, 25, and July 9. A few highlights include:

Look for a few new tournaments including a $300 Summer Kick-Off and a $5,300 High Roller Championship Event. The High Roller Championship is a hybrid with a live final table during WSOP.com’s Championship Week.
