    PokerGO Tour (PGT) 2024

The PokerGO Tour is a televised high stakes poker tour that attracts the biggest names in poker to its high stakes games, which take place on over 100 days per year!

PokerGo’s high-profile tournaments draw in everybody from high rollers and seasoned poker pros, to celebrities and even a few lucky newbies who manage to win their way in via satellites and promotions.

The tour launched in 2021 and is now in its 4th season. Some of the most significant stops on the tour are the Super High Roller Bowl, Poker Masters, the U.S. Poker Open, and the PokerGo Cup Series, just to name a few. Most of the events take place in bespoke PokerGo studios at the Aria Resort, Las Vegas.

Players are awarded points based on their finishing position in events throughout the year, with the top 40 plus wildcards gaining entry to the season ending PGT Championship at the end of the year.

    The five events are:

    • PokerGO Cup
    • Poker Masters
    • U.S. Poker Open
    • Super High Roller Bowl
    • PGT Championship

The PokerGo Tour Championship event that takes place at the end of the year is an invite only freeroll tournament for the top finishing players on the tour’s season leaderboard, with a $1m prize pool and $500,000 awarded to the winner.

    Other PGT Live Events

In addition to the key events, there are several other poker series that take place throughout the year. In 2023 dedicated PLO and Mixed Game Festivals were included on the tour for the first time. These were so popular that they ran second iterations of each again later in the year.  The Aria High Roller Series also took place on the tour in 2023.

    Live Streaming of PokerGo Events

The PokerGo Tour set out to do two things. Create the premier poker tour in the world and take over global poker coverage with streaming, content, and more.

One of the major ways PokerGo does this is with their own studio at the Aria Resort and Casino. The 10,000-square-foot studio includes nine poker tables, a featured main stage table, a production studio, and more.

PokerGo is now the largest subscription-based poker streaming service in the world, bringing unparalleled access to events and players. They have exclusive content, articles, tour updates, and pretty much anything else you can think of is covered by your PokerGO subscription.

    PokerGO Tour History

Launching in April of 2021 the PokerGO Tour aimed to not only put on some of the world's biggest poker events but to deliver daily poker content, news, and streams of live or previously recorded tournaments.

The first season of the PokerGo Tour was an immense success which saw new sponsors crawling to get on board driving up prizes, number of events, and eventually building their own permanent studio at Aria Resort & Casino.

Since that first year, we have seen the prize pool continue to grow with the PokerGo Tour home to the biggest, best poker tournaments with maximum coverage and loads of fresh poker content.

One of the most innovative steps the PokerGo Tour had started was the Players Championship. At the conclusion of each season, the top 40 players on the PokerGo Tour leaderboard are invited to the Players Championship, along with a handful of wildcards.

At the PGT Players Championship, each player's starting stack would be decided by the number of points won throughout the season. This is a winner take all event, which means 1st Place will bring home a cool half million.

The 2023 PGT Tour Championship saw the top 40 players invited and a few select “Dream Seats” for people outside of the top 40 who might have earned their way in with memorable moments during the season. This season Players Championship winner will take home $500,000 with an additional $500,000 will be divided up amongst the players depending on how they finish.
