Alex Foxen shipped the $100,000 buy-in Triton Main Event at the ongoing World Series of Poker (WSOP) Paradise 2024.

Alex Foxen went all guns blazing in the $100,000 buy-in Triton Main Event at the WSOP Paradise in Bahamas to eventually nail the title.

The American pro continued his Triton trophy spree post the Monte Carlo win at the Paradise event for a payday of over $3.8 Million.

The 33-year-old pro had previously committed to participating in all Triton events following his Monte Carlo win, and he fulfilled his promise by grinding Triton events in the Bahamas.

This win marks Foxen's third WSOP bracelet, adding to his recent $2.8 million success at the Triton Invitational. Throughout the three-day competition, Foxen maintained a strong position in the middle of the pack, ultimately showcasing his skills during the final stage of the event.
Starting from seventh place in chip counts at the final table, Foxen made his way to the heads-up battle against Joao Vieira.

“It’s pretty surreal to get a second Triton win, third bracelet, all these things. I ran really good. I feel like I played almost as well as I could. Just super happy with the moment," Foxen said in his post-game interview.

He further added, “It’s nice to get a couple of these, especially after spending so long away from Triton. It feels like Triton has become the pinnacle of the high stakes poker scene and having been away from that I definitely feel like I came back maybe a little bit forgotten and potentially underestimated. So it’s exciting to get a couple right away.”

The Triton Main Event saw 182 entries fight it out for the top spot and a gold bracelet. The final prize pool settled at over $18 million. In the final hand of the tournament, Foxen’s AK suited threw Q3 offsuit to the rail on a board of J♠6♥5♦6♣6♠.
