WPT Global has tied-up with the high-stakes live series—Triton Poker Series, offering players an opportunity to grind in the first stop of the 2025 Triton Poker Tour in Jeju, South Korea.

Players can qualify for the WPT Global Slam event at the upcoming Triton Poker Series Jeju 2025 via the Passport path offered by WPT Global.

Players can make use of their existing Passport Dollars accumulated through online events on the WPT Global to qualify for the live event in Jeju.

The collaboration between the live and online poker brand allows for players to grab a seat in the WPT Slam tournament.

The live series is scheduled to begin in late February, the WPT Global Slam is listed as Event #6 of the 20-event Triton Jeju festival. The tournament starts at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 2, and will run for three days, featuring a $25,000 buy-in.

WPT Global is title sponsor for Triton's 2025 Jeju stop

The Jeju event marks the second time when WPT Global serves as the title sponsor for a Triton Poker event, following their collaboration during the Monte Carlo stop last year.

The renewed partnership introduces new entry pathways for players through WPT Global’s Passport Dollars system, which may contribute to increased live event participation at the high stakes series.

Players are not required to amass the full $25,000 for the Triton seat, as they can combine Passport Dollars with other funds available in their WPT Global accounts to cover the entry cost.

Weekly online satellite tournaments on WPT Global offer $12,400 in Passport Dollars per event, with a buy-in of $1,060. Information regarding the use of Passport Dollars for live events is available on the WPT Global platform.
